About COLORS

Ten years after “Pyrovates”, MM comes back with a new album. Melodica, trombone, mandolin, guitars, violins, oud, saz, along with carefully used electronics are blended  in a melodic trip starting from the soulful influences by Manos Chatzidakis, Rene Aubry and the French chanson, passing trough Mediterranean ethnic experimentations and finally arriving in New Orleans and Swing/ Jazz. Quite diverse material, which coheres surprisingly by the strong melodies and strong emotions
